TB/05 – Internal Loadbearing Wall on Ground-Bearing Slab

This internal loadbearing wall detail shows a masonry wall supported on an independent trench fill foundation through a ground-bearing concrete floor.

The drawing is intended for architectural designers, building professionals, contractors, developers and self-builders preparing a Building Regulations package or project specification.
