I got in touch with Andy giving him a rough sketch of what was in my head to go onto our plot. Andy suggested a couple of his designs he thought would work. He then completely customised the design to our spec and to fit our plot doing everything location plans, full planning drawings etc. Nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge and advice throughout the process was invaluable. I think you are doing a fantastic service, we were looking for pre-plans as we are selling some land.
What a fabulous price, and such beautiful houses to choose from.
Its amazing what you have done for us, it was one massive headache and the weight you have took off our shoulders is enormous.
Should we decide to go further and build our own house instead of selling which if we get planning permission my husband would consider, we will definitely come back to you for building advice and more in-depth plans.

As someone who regularly submits building regulations applications, I was interested to see exactly what house plans had to offer. As a one off specification the documents are perfect. The problem may come when using them constantly and the regulations get updated then a newer version would have to be purchased every time. But on a current single submission this would be great.

I only downloaded a free sample of the building regs notes and they looked pretty good from what I could see. I have no doubt I will purchase the full version in the near future when I have a project next come up or possibly before hand.
